MICHELIN GUIDE FRANCE

The MICHELIN Guide review
Very close to Avignon, this isolated Provencal farmhouse, between cliffs and vineyards, does not compromise on authenticity. The scrubland is there, with its scents that perfume a cleverly renovated room, a harmonious blend of the old and the contemporary. In the kitchen, Serge Chenet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and exiled Breton, is helped by Maxime, his son. Both share the same love of nature and the beautiful seasonal product that the region serves them on a sun-drenched plateau. With four hands, they concoct tasty Provencal-inspired market cuisine: Provençal-style eggplant, semi-cooked Mediterranean tuna with sesame, soy, ginger and green olive coulis; cod fillet in fennel barigoule …

“Exceptional”

PILFrance, Paris, France

“Absolutely stunning in every way.
The service is warm and friendly.
A spacious room with high quality bedding.
Very calm and peaceful.
The restaurant is simply divine. All of the dishes are remarkable, especially the chef’s bouillabaisse with its unique blend of flavors.
In short, the staff is pleasant, the setting is calm, as well as being in a good location, and the food is extraordinary, deserving a second Michelin star without a doubt.”

“Bliss, nothing but bliss.”

Coryn3805, Tignes, France

“We make sure to stop by this restaurant every time that we are in the area and we have yet to be disappointed.
Wonderful hospitality, respect of privacy, refined cuisine with generous portions.
The service is very attentive.
We managed to get a guided visit of the wine cellar accompanied by the sommelier who took his time and answered all of our questions.
Our thanks to the Chef and his team.”

“A slice of paradise”

Alain C

“A beautiful place. From the Chenet family’s hospitality to the wine cellar tour, to going for a swim surrounded by lavender fields and dining at sunset beneath the olive and oak trees. An utter delight, in harmony with the sophisticated cuisine, which creates a perfect balance of the senses: presentation, textures and aromas. An experience that is a must: this harmony between the historical site and the people that work there.
Two slight drawbacks: The noise from the nearby road during dinner and the toilets which are not separate from our bathroom.”

“Stopping by Serge Chenet’s restaurant and luxury B&B “Entre Vigne et Garrigue””

Nouria A, Reims, France

“A delicious encounter in a relaxing and gastronomic setting with gorgeous views looking over the vineyards and the lavender fields. A very friendly welcome and our room was perfectly equipped for a good night’s rest. Furthermore, we had the pleasure of discovering an excellent restaurant. Thank you!”
